Towards Searching for a Mixed Phase of Strongly Interacting QCD Matter at the JINR Nuclotron

Available experimental data in respect to a possible formation of a strongly interacting mixed phase are outlined. A physical program is formulated for new facilities being opend in Dubna for acceleration of heavy ions with an energy up to 5 AGeV.
