PREFERRED PARAMETERISATIONS ON HOMOGENEOUS CURVES

We show how to specify preferred parameterisations on a homogeneous curve in an arbitrary homogeneous space. We apply these results to limit the natural param- eters on distinguished curves in parabolic geometries.
