Anti-Grand Unification and the Phase Transitions at the Planck Scale in Gauge Theories

The way of the Grand unification of all interactions and the role of supersym-metry in GUTs are the problems of paramount importance in the contemporary elementary particle physics. However, at present time experiment doesn’t indicate any manifestation of the Supersymmetry (see reviews [1-3]).
