review current theoreticaland experim entalstatus of U ltra-H igh Energy Cosm ic Rays. W e show that \top-down" m echanism sofU H E CR which involve heavy relic particle-like objects predict G alactic anisotropy ofhighestenergy cosm ic rays at the levelof m inim um (cid:24) 20% . This anisotropy is large enough to be either observed orruled outin the nextgeneration ofexperim ents. Thistalk isdevoted to a speci(cid:12)csignatureofsom em echanism sofproduc-tion ofU ltra-H igh Energy Cosm icRays(U H E CR)[1],related to non-central position ofthe Earth in ourG alaxy.W e startby briefreview ofthe current theoreticaland experim entalstatusofU H E CR.W e then describe the class ofm echanism s to which our argum ents apply and explain the origin ofthe anisotropy ofthe U H E CR produced by these m echanism s. Finally,we estim ate the anisotropy and give ourconclusions.
