.Z.D .N The hadrodynam icsofthe instantaneous weak interactions (IW I)in Standard M odel is considered supposing the resonance nature ofthe chiralhadronization ofquark currents in Q CD .Exploiting this supposition and Q CD sym m etries the IW Im echanism of enhancem entofthe K ! (cid:25) transition probability isobtained and relationsbetween electroweak m eson form factorsand theam plitudesoftheprocesses K + ! (cid:25) + e + e (cid:0) ( (cid:22) + (cid:22) (cid:0) ;(cid:23) (cid:22) (cid:23) ) and K + (cid:25) (cid:0) ! e + e (cid:0) ( (cid:22) + (cid:22) (cid:0) ;(cid:23) (cid:22) (cid:23) ) are established. W e estim ate possible param eters ofthe K + ! (cid:25) + e + e (cid:0) decay rate in N A 48/2 CERN experim ent using the chiralperturbation theory.
