Single Squark Production at TeV Scale Photon-Proton and Photon-Electron Colliders

We calculate the total cross sections for squark production at future photon-proton and photon-electron colliders in R-parity violating MSSM. The Lambda-prime couplings offer several ways of producing single squarks at photon colliders. The results are discussed and compared with those of the existing colliders.
