Low State of the X-ray Burster SLX 1732-304 in the Globular Cluster Terzan 1 According to RXTE Data

O bservationsoftheX -ray bursterSLX 1732-304 in theglobularclusterTerzan 1 with the PCA /RX TE instrum entin A pril1997 are presented.The source wasin a low state;its(cid:13)ux in the standard X -ray band washalfthe (cid:13)ux recorded by the A RT-P/G ranattelescope also during its low state. At the sam e tim e,its spectrum was softer than the A RT-P spectrum ; it was welldescribed by a power law with a photon index of2.3 without any evidence ofa high-energy cuto(cid:11).
