A criterion for reflexivity of modules

Let $M$ be a finitely generated module over a ring $Λ$. With certain mild assumptions on $Λ$, it is proven that $M$ is a reflexive $Λ$-module, once $M \cong M^{**}$ as a $Λ$-module.
