Coherent contributions to population dynamics in a semiconductor microcavity

Ultrafast exciton-polariton dynamics are investigated using optical multidimensional coherent spectroscopy. A Bloch equations simulation including Pauli blocking and the Coulomb interaction between excitons is found to give good agreement with measured spectra.
