LOCALIZATION FOR THE TORSION FUNCTION AND THE STRONG HARDY INEQUALITY

We compare both the efficiency and the localisation for the torsion function with the square of the distance to the boundary function under the hypothesis of the strong Hardy inequality. We apply these results by analysing an example in detail.
